Dude...Dave is 100% correct. I have been referring to this year as "Two thousand and SUCK". It just seems like EVERYONE around has been dealing with shit. (FYI - did I tell you that my Nonna may have suffered chips in her shoulder and hip after her 'getting hit by a car' incident? ROCK.)
For what it's worth -- you have handled this year with such aplomb and grace. I am so incredibly proud of you and so lucky to count you as one of my favourite people in the world and one of my best friends.

I was going to post a '2006 Wasn't So Hot' entry, but this entry catalogues twice as many bad events than I could have come up with. In a year that was collectively shitty for everyone, yours was far and away the worst.

If you ever need to change your title again, I'd go with '2006 Was Hell.'
